Brief:
On behalf of Chigwell Fire, we undertook a series of fire door installations for various local contracts, which included a mix of fire exit doors (FEDs) and communal doors across multiple sites.
Challenges:
Managing multiple contracts simultaneously presented logistical challenges, particularly regarding the supply chain and scheduling of installation teams to ensure timely completion across diverse locations.
Solution:
Leveraging our expansive resources and experience, we implemented a structured project management approach. Each site was assigned a dedicated project manager to oversee the installations, ensuring that quality standards were met consistently across all locations with the delivery of fire door sets.
