Brief:
We were engaged to deliver 15 door sets for REFRESCO, with a strict requirement for completion within 15 working days of receiving the order as part of an out-of-hours contract.
Challenges:
The key challenge was the need for swift execution without compromising quality, alongside the requirement to operate outside of normal working hours to minimize disruption to REFRESCO’s operations.
Solution:
We developed a detailed installation schedule that maximised efficiency while meeting all safety standards. A dedicated team worked diligently in the evenings and during weekends with safely delivered door sets, ensuring that all work was completed within the specified timeframe.
